Terms
Last updated September 9, 2026
These terms apply when you access Stocklayer, create an account, or use its APIs, software, documentation, or dashboard.
What Stocklayer provides
Stocklayer is developer infrastructure for reading public market and blockchain data and preparing unsigned transaction plans. Stocklayer does not hold funds or private keys, sign transactions, submit transactions, operate a wallet, or guarantee that a transaction will execute.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for your account, API keys, wallets, software, users, and every transaction you choose to sign or submit. You must independently review transaction data and use Stocklayer only where your use is lawful. Do not use the service to evade restrictions, interfere with the service, probe another customer's data, or create an unreasonable load.
No financial advice or execution service
Stocklayer does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice and is not a broker, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser. Quotes, prices, simulations, policies, and plans are software outputs for a specific request and point in time. They are not a recommendation, promise of execution, or statement that a trade is suitable for anyone.
Availability and third parties
Stocklayer depends on blockchains and third-party data, routing, identity, hosting, and infrastructure providers. Routes can disappear, prices can change, simulations can become stale, and providers can fail. The service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free results.
Access and limits
Stocklayer may enforce request, project, key, usage, or other limits and may suspend access that threatens the service, violates these terms, or creates security, legal, or operational risk. During the public launch Stocklayer may change, restrict, or discontinue features.
Changes
Stocklayer may update these terms as the product changes. The date above shows the latest version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
