What to include
- Your Stocklayer account email and project name.
- The request ID shown in the response or dashboard.
- The endpoint, approximate time, and what you expected.
- Any safe error message. Never send an API-key secret, private key, seed phrase, or wallet-signing material.
Check a request
The Stocklayer dashboard keeps redacted request logs. Search by request ID to see the environment, status, timing, and safe diagnostic context without exposing authorization headers or raw provider responses.
Service status
The public health endpoint reports whether the API is running and its required services are configured. It does not guarantee that a third-party route or blockchain provider is available for a specific trade.
